Alan experienced Chief Executive who has worked in a wide variety of production, sales, and marketing and top management roles in the pharmaceutical and food industries. Marketing director for Smith Kline as well as their Managing Director in Belgium. He was European Vice President with Pitman-Moore Animal Health. He was for 5 years the Chairman of PolyTherics, a biotech spin out from Imperial College and The School of Pharmacy London University. Since March 2008, Alan has been Chairman of the Board of Trustees at The Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability, Putney. He holds a First Class Honours degree in Pharmacy from London University and a Diploma in Management Studies.

Zoe is the Chief Executive of Acorn Childcare, which runs ten children’s day nurseries, out-of-school clubs, forest schools and training for early years practitioners. Acorn started as a single nursery in 1989 and has grown to a turnover of £4.5m and with 228 employees. It changed its status to become a charitable company in 2012 and has plans to expand further, within Milton Keynes and Northamptonshire. Zoe is also Vice Chair of The Parks Trust, which manages 5000 acres of parks and landscapes in Milton Keynes. She has an MBA and has also worked as a teacher and university lecturer.
