He is currently a Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair for the Bucks Healthcare NHS Trust and a Trustee and Audit Committee Chair at the Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability. ,He coaches in Career Transition at Penna Plc bringing his broad finance and management experience as well as knowledge of Interim Management.,He joined ella in 2014 and runs Group 7. He is a Trustee on the ella Foundation Board.,

Zoe is the Chief Executive of Acorn Childcare, which runs ten children’s day nurseries, out-of-school clubs, forest schools and training for early years practitioners. Acorn started as a single nursery in 1989 and has grown to a turnover of £4.5m and with 228 employees. It changed its status to become a charitable company in 2012 and has plans to expand further, within Milton Keynes and Northamptonshire. Zoe is also Vice Chair of The Parks Trust, which manages 5000 acres of parks and landscapes in Milton Keynes. She has an MBA and has also worked as a teacher and university lecturer.

Ben Leon is the founder of Bravo Lima, with a track record of growing businesses and leaders across challenging international environments. He joined the British Airways Grad Program and soon found himself Duty Manager at Heathrow T1, merging two French airlines, and launching e-ticket globally. He has since had the privilege of launching, growing, and implementing turnarounds of enterprises and charities internationally including; launching an award winning cargo business, a private jet venture, Caribbean Airlines in Trinidad & Tobago; leading a Top100 UK charity winning the President’s Prize; a European NGO across 32 countries, co-founding a social action charity attracting 40,000 volunteers winning the UK Prime Minister's Big Society Award.

Charles’ career represents three key themes – a passion for building business, senior roles as an IT professional and an increasing focus on developing leaders. One of the first Computer Science graduates from Cambridge University, Charles worked with or founded a number of tech startups before joining Business Consulting at Arthur Andersen where he became a partner. Since leaving Andersen he has had a portfolio career including turn around of a leadership development and coach training business, development of an IT expert witness practice, supporting social impact businesses and chairing for the Academy for Chief Executives and ella forums.

I have worked in the charity sector for over twenty years, predominantly with a focus on fundraising, marketing and senior management. Jenny has worked for Help the Aged, Marie Curie Cancer Care, Shelter, Sense. Jenny then went on to be Chief Executive of a national children’s health charity called ERIC based in Bristol, where she significantly raised the profile of the charity over the six years and won high profile charity awards for innovative campaigns. Currently doing a Masters in Leadership Management / Coaching and Mentoring at UWE and running a Mentoring programme for three secondary schools in Somerset, as well as mentoring Chief Executives and working with ella forums.

Jason is the Chairman of our Birmingham Group and also the Managing Director of Lucid, a Business Improvement Practice whose programs are designed to enhance business performance and develop leadership capability. Jason also still manages his own Advisory and Non-Exec portfolio both here in the UK and globally. Before starting his own practice, Jason was a board level leader, with a diverse range of experiences from entrepreneurial start-ups to being a Director of a FTSE 250 corporate. Jason’s success has led to him to being awarded Fellowships of both the Institute of Leadership and Management (InstLM) and the Institute of Sales & Marketing Management (ISMM) He was also MINDSHOP’s Top UK Advisor for 2013.

Ellie was a Senior Manager for three years at teenage cancer charity ‘Teens Unite’. She was the key support to the CEO, accelerating progression within the charity and taking a lead role on key projects namely; fundraising, marketing and relationship management. ,Ellie’s main strength lies in using innovation and initiative to devise and execute fundamental projects that lead to growth. She was a member of ella for two years in her previous role and has now bought this experience to her new roles as Director of Communications and Chair of the first ella for Emerging Leaders Group.

Snéha has been the Chair of Group 1 for three years. She is passionate and enthusiastic in supporting her group members to be the best they can be.,Snéha is a specialist diversity and leadership consultant/ trainer working in the UK and internationally, providing support to a wide range of organisations over the past 20 years on how to develop a strategic and operational approach particularly in relation to the changing stance on cultural diversity, equality and unconscious bias.,Snéha is a prolific writer and conducts mediations and investigations into allegations of bullying and harassment and has worked on some high profile cases. She qualified as a NLP Master Practitioner and is an accredited Business Executive coach.

Natacha is the founder director of Cambridge Insights, a Learning and Innovation consultancy designed to help leaders and educators worldwide “be the change they want to see in the world”. She studied social sciences and marketing in Paris and started her career in the creative and innovation sectors. For the past 10 years she worked for the University of Cambridge at Judge Business School and the Centre for Personal and Professional and Development. Natacha is an experienced trainer and facilitator and a lecturer for the Chartered Institute of Marketing. She is also a Fellow of Cambridge Marketing College and a mentor for the Accelerator Programme at Cambridge Judge Business School and the International Women Entrepreneur Foundation. Natacha is also on the Board of Social Enterprise East of England.

He’s currently researching his 19th book, which explore the opportunities created by the converging corporate and charity sectors., He founded Swarm Apprenticeships in 2013, a social business that uses an enterprise qualification to connect bright young people with attitude with small business owners with aspiration. Swarm won investment from Big Issue Invest in 2014 and an RSA Scaling Grant in 2015.,He is Patron of Norfolk & Suffolk Relate, a Vice Patron of Norfolk Community Foundation, a Fellow of the RSA and was recently appointed by the cooperative movement to the Board of Trust Norfolk-SEN, a cooperative Trust of 11 complex needs schools across Norfolk.,

Marketing director for Smith Kline as well as their Managing Director in Belgium. He was European Vice President with Pitman-Moore Animal Health. He was for 5 years the Chairman of PolyTherics, a biotech spin out from Imperial College and The School of Pharmacy London University. Since March 2008, Alan has been Chairman of the Board of Trustees at The Royal Hospital for Neuro-disability, Putney. He holds a First Class Honours degree in Pharmacy from London University and a Diploma in Management Studies.
