Nick Handley is a marketing strategist and coach who has worked at senior levels in global organisations such as The Times, ITV, Leo Burnett, Kellogg’s, McDonalds, Procter & Gamble, and Readers Digest. Now Group Chairman Sussex for ella forums, he is also an active growth expert with Growth Accelerator and has run Marketing Leadership for 12 years working with over 100 businesses of all sizes on marketing strategy. Until recently Chairman of Sussex Chamber of Commerce Nick is now President. Nick won a scholarship to Sandhurst and attended Ashridge Management College and the Creative Leadership Centre in Colorado.

Choosing to leave the private sector in 1999, when I questioned what my life purpose was; I have worked with a wide cross sector including, public, NGO sector, helping people become the best they can be, through conversations, workshops and 1:1’s. Ella’s approach fits perfectly with my view that people have the answers within and a large part of our work is creating the space for this to happen. My skill set includes; Operational & Strategic experience, Academic knowledge from my studies, Holistic viewpoint gained from years of my own personal practice.

Peter is a very experienced CEO/MD with 35+ years involvement in the Chemical Industry having run both B2B distribution and manufacturing entities/SMEs for large multinational corporations delivering business development and continuous growth. Peter has extensive international experience in fast changing multicultural environments including acquisitions, mergers and disposals. Peter was introduced to Peer to Peer learning & development 14 years ago and became a chair with the Academy for Chief Executives. His passion for the process led him to found the Academy for Business Leaders & Entrepreneurs – ABLE in 2013 and also to become a Chair with ella forums in 2015.

Having begun his career with Schroders, Paul has been an L&D practitioner since 1997. Paul has a vast amount of experience in facilitating high-level strategic change workshops. He has worked with a wide variety of organisations including: Cambridge University Press, Sir Robert McAlpine, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, The Design Council and The Walt Disney Corporation. He is highly regarded for his ability to help management teams work together. Paul is a Director of ella as well as being the Paul founder and director of The Grace Project – a charity dedicated to working with people to help them discover their identity and resolve issues of self-worth and self-esteem. Paul has written three books on the subject.

Ben Leon is the founder of Bravo Lima, with a track record of growing businesses and leaders across challenging international environments. He joined the British Airways Grad Program and soon found himself Duty Manager at Heathrow T1, merging two French airlines, and launching e-ticket globally. He has since had the privilege of launching, growing, and implementing turnarounds of enterprises and charities internationally including; launching an award winning cargo business, a private jet venture, Caribbean Airlines in Trinidad & Tobago; leading a Top100 UK charity winning the President’s Prize; a European NGO across 32 countries, co-founding a social action charity attracting 40,000 volunteers winning the UK Prime Minister's Big Society Award.
