Emerging Leaders

We believe that in developing Emerging Leaders, CEOs and trustees are supporting individual personal development and the growth and sustainability of their organisations.

Your chosen Manager or Director will benefit from expert speaker sessions on a variety of topics relevant to the sector. They will also have the opportunity to learn from sharing their issues, challenges and opportunities with other Emerging Leaders in similar situations. They will be equipped with techniques to help them to be the best leader they can be and supported to grow their own individual leadership style thus strengthening your existing team.

What happens at Emerging Leaders meetings?

The meetings are exactly the same format as our CEO meetings with the same speakers and peer group issues/challenges/opportunities sessions.

What is the format of Emerging Leaders meetings?

Our Emerging Leaders meet 9 times per year and join our All Group Meetings.

The meetings are half day and the normal membership fee is £1,000 per annum.
