Call our Director of Membership, Phil Thompson, on 07703 291 737 or email him at Phil will talk you through the joining process as well as organise for you to attend an ella Forum as our guest. One of the best ways to understand if ella Forums are right for you is to experience it.

Phil will also walk you through pricing and payment. It is worth noting that through the ella Foundation we are able to offer Bursaries grants. You can find more detail on Pricing and Payment by contacting Phil.

Joining is by invitation only. After you’ve met with Phil and/or attended a session, we will meet with you to see if ella Forums is suitable.


Find the Group that is right for you

There are ella Forums every month across the UK – – from London to Manchester.  And we are adding new Groups on a regular basis.  To find out more about the Group nearest to you, go to Group Detail or speak directly to Phil.


What happens when I join?

We find the Group that is most suitable.  Then, introduce you to the Chair who will sit down with you to review your organisations offering, the growth vision, your objectives, etc. in order to establish areas for development.  Next, we identify the right coach for you and agree a schedule of one-to-one coaching.  Then, you join your Group for regular, monthly meetings.
