After graduating Steve worked for 22 years in the corporate sector with organisations such as American Express, BT, British Gas and Virgin Media in a variety of roles (finance, planning, commercial, strategic supply and purchasing) managing teams in London, Paris and New York. Along the way he secured a post-grad degree in Management Science from CASS business school. For the last 12 years he has run his own business providing coaching and mentoring to high growth SME’s. Following an increasing interest in transferring business skills to the community sector he set up a social enterprise in 2013, Thameside Enterprise, whose aim was to bring leadership skills and confidence to trustees and CE’s in the community sector. Steve was attracted to ella forums by both the values of the founders and the unique platform for CE’s to share best practice and develop their leadership skills.
Snéha has been the Chair of Group 1 for three years. She is passionate and enthusiastic in supporting her group members to be the best they can be. Snéha is a specialist diversity and leadership consultant/ trainer working in the UK and internationally, providing support to a wide range of organisations over the past 20 years on how to develop a strategic and operational approach particularly in relation to the changing stance on cultural diversity, equality and unconscious bias. She qualified as a NLP Master Practitioner and is an accredited Business Executive coach.
Both meetings will give you the opportunity to experience the power of the ella process and how it could benefit you and your organisation. Meetings will start with a talk from an industry expert and will be followed by a Peer Group Learning session where you will have the chance to share issues, opportunities and challenges with the group and gain support, advice and feedback from others in similar situations. All meetings end with the chance to network over a complimentary lunch.
